You must understand that if you will have sinusitis, you will lose plenty of liquid because of sneezing and runny nose. So, it is a good thing to drink plenty of fluid to keep your body hydrated. You can also use hot packs to deal with your sinus infection. Besides doing these things, you can also try mint coffee or mint tea as mind can help you to fight with sinus infection. Finally, you must try some medications to relieve the pain that you may be having because of sinusitis. Here, you can also go with some over-the-counter pain killers as they will make you feel well.

It is pertinent to mention that there are lots of people who just go with some OTC drugs. However, you must understand that your condition can get worse if you will not be consulting with a doctor. So, it is better to get in touch with a doctor, especially if you are having chronic sinus infections. It is because of the fact that chronic sinus infections will lead to sleep deprivation that can make things even critical. So, always keep in mind that there is no substitute for a doctor’s advice. You can surely try some other tips to make things better, but, do stay in touch with your doctor all the time.
