Time – Your Precious Resource: How Do You Use It?
If you asked an open-ended question as to what might be most important resource a small business owner has, most of them are likely to say “money” or “human resources”. The right answer will always be open to debate. However, almost no one is bound to argue with you if you said “time”.
If you are a perfectionist, you will have a hard time coming to accept the fact that the precious nature of time usually doesn’t allow you to tweak with things until they have been done perfectly.
Time, as they say, once lost can never be regained. One of the first things you have to do is to become a master at personal productivity and efficiency such that you are able to pack in more work within an hour. In fact, some of the most successful entrepreneurs do more work in one time than some teams could manage to do within that same hour.
Prioritize your work, manage your days well, treat your to-do lists as sacred and try to get more done per day. There wouldn’t be anyone to point fingers at once time passes.
