We have reached a state where irrespective of what industry you belong to,if you are in business you have to face fierce competition.In times like these providing a quality product or service is simply not enough,you have to ensure complete customer satisfaction by giving them a fabulous user experience.This counts when they visit your store or even when they ‘visit’ your website.Most business owners tend to overlook the user experience that their website provides their customers and this is a major error.You need to ensure that your website is functional,easy to navigate and interesting.Also,in my opinion there are some things that no website should be without.Here are the top 3 features that every website worth it’s salt should have :

2) Feedback forms : This is a great way to collect customer information.However different purposes require different kinds of feedback forms.You need to know precisely what you want the forms to do,how they store data and how they guide customers.
3) CMS : Content Management Systems are the need of the hour as content is easily the most important part of any website.There are several CMS that you can use depending on your requirement.Take into account any specific layouts that certain sections or any additions or changes you plan to make in the future and then take an informed decision.
