techie Technology: When Business Comes To Depend On ItThe advent of technology is now so deep that it almost got personal. I fail to see how so many business owners don’t come close to using any of the tools available on the Internet, espouse mobile broadband, exploit the anywhere/anytime Internet connectivity, the zillion tools available for use or the simple act of keeping business organized and effective.

Businesses don’t use the lucrative  possibility of semi-automation or automation made possible by certain tools and technolog. Entrepreneurs don’t really leverage even the mind-boggling, free tools available on the Internet today.

Technology, as of now, can single handedly wring your business away from you if you don’t give it proper thought. Forget the large retail space, heavey machinery and expensive plants that need to be put up to run a business. Today, you could run a business off a laptop with Internet  and nothing else.

Think about all those workers doing telecommuting; the endless rollout of products that could make you even more productive; the advent of a beautiful array of systems available for effective lead capture, follow-up and sales automation, not withstanding the full e-commerce suite that lets all business happen with nothing but clicks.

If you aren’t using technology for the betterment of your business, you are really wedged beneath an ancient rock. Times have changed and it calls for a toast.

A toast for change. A movement to go with technology and to espouse it. have you done it yet? D you use technology for your business? If yes, how?
