sprouter Sprouter: The Twitter For EntrepreneursI doubt if there is anyone on the Internet who hasn’t heard about Twitter — some people just rant and rave on it, while some businesses promote heavily on it. Even fortune 500 companies like Dell have begun to use twitter for their business. But wouldn’t it be nice to have something like Twitter just for business alone? You bet.

You asked and it has been answered.Enter Sprouter — a twitter-like web application that works more or less like Twitter but it is just for entrepreneurs. Welcome to the world of business.

A detailed review of Sprouter is available at webworkerdaily in a post titled “Sprouter: Good things growing for Entrepreneurs” and I couldn’t have explained the workings of the web app better than that.

While it works just like twitter and even has a 140 character limit, it is focused entirely on entrepreneurs. You are likely to start interacting with web-savvy entrepreneurs with their own businesses, web workers, telecommuters. There is a likelihood of being inundated with hundreds of links pointing to interesting things related to webware, collaboration tools and other such productivity tools.

Think about all the different things you could be doing with Sprouter, added to the fact that you could — as an entrepreneur — interact, learn, share and do a lot more with other entrepreneurs. Just like focused business communities that already exist, we now have a rapidly growing and highly interactive environment which is updated  real time.

Have you used Sprouter yet? Can you think of possible benefits it might fetch you?
