There is no need to pay top dollar for someone each month when you can pay a fraction and get things done immediately, especially when the volumes are intermittent, uncertain or one off.
- One of the things most entrepreneurs forget is to record everything done within the business. How is the work done really? (Operations manual)? How do we get clients? ( marketing manual) How do we do customer service? (Service Manual)? By documenting and creating systems, we build a business that is complete, scalable and dummy-proof.
