Remember the Milk I thought my productivity levels weren’t as much as I would like and I was trying to see which web based application I should be using to boost my productivity by helping me organize my day properly. I needed something that is quick and easy to use; is web-based (because I spend all day on the Internet); be able to sync well with one my many mobile devices with Internet access ( an incorrigible Internet addict that I am) and much more.

Out of the many available, I decided to try out Remember the Milk and I am glad I tried. I don’t thing I will want to check out anything and I might even upgrade to the ProAccount which gives me even more features.

Remember The Milk has remained in Beta state for a long time and that’s surprising because I don’t see how else it could be better than it already is. It can sync with Gmail, Google Calender, iCalender, your mobile devices and thousand other things that you might be using everyday. It also allows you to work offline and immediately sync and bring everything up to date when online. It all feels like an organized ghost hell-bent on getting you to get things done.

You can organize your work the way you want to using the “tags” feature; view tasks per day, week , month or even the entire year; add tasks from almost anywhere like from your Gmail Interface, using twitter, using your smart-phone and much more. The list is almost endless and the RTM team doesn’t seem to be showing signs of letting go.

I will put up an update as how to it works for me – complete with sync to my blackberry and iphone. Until then, why don’t you check it out and try for yourself?
