Making Decisions: How Long Can You Sit On The Fence?

Making quick decisions is good but making the wrong ones quickly could really hurt. Ask me; I take so many decisions in a day and I can guarantee that over 80% of my decisions don’t work out the way I wanted them to.
So what do I with all the wrong decisions I make? How do I come out the mess I create for myself? What is the way out for making judicious, great decisions keeping the percentage of failure as low as possible?
Funny it might sound but the way to get there is to make more decisions. Yes, make more decisions make more mistakes. The reason why this is the key is because by the sheer volume of decisions you are making, you are bound to be learning a lot. Yet another important key is the ability to learn from your mistakes and not to repeat these mistakes.
Decisiveness is one the key factors that can contribute immensely towards your success. If you have read the previous post titled Business Killers:Can The Tendency To be a Perfectionist Kill You? I did talk about the burden over-analyzing and over-thinking can cause you.
Taking calculated risks, judging your decisions well before deciding and learning from any of the wrong decisions taken are the keys to your business success. So, have you taken a decision yet?
