invoicera Invoicera Preview: A Peep Into How E billing Is Supposedly Made Easy I can’t have enough of web apps and the most recurring need for me is invoicing and financing tools. I just can’t have enough of them. I have so many people asking me as to which one is best that I have no choice but to keep checking out new accounting and invoicing tools online.

Recently, I had written about Lessaccounting and I even used it to invoice a client as a sample. It had seemed pretty nifty and easy to use then. Meanwhile. I decided to check out even more web-based invoicing tools.

I stumbled on Invoicera – another web based invoicing tool.

The sign-up is remarkably quick. No unnecessary questions and no wasting time with data you don’t want to give and they don’t know what to do with.

I signed-up in a grand total of less than a minute and even added my first client within minutes of signing-up. The interface is totally slick, easy to use with drop-down navigation. The usability is very practical indeed. The invoice creation process is almost semi-automatic and the client details will get loaded at least. You even get to add service and product descriptions and just select them from a drop down menu while creating the invoice.

I am yet to see how the payment gateway integration works, customization of my invoices and how the actual email settings, how the whole thing integrates into reports for my ease and much more. I will keep you posted.

Do you have any experience with Invoicera? If yes, would you please let me know here by commenting?
