How To Market and Advertise Your Business – Part 2
The last post in this series talks about the importance of advertising and the practicality of doing what matters to your business and not just be boxed in due to hype, whim or fantasy. Everything needs a plan and your marketing definitely does.
In the previous post, we discussed the initial research you need to do to get a pulse of your market and learn more about what your prospects do. The second step is obviously execution.
Execution is tricky; this is where we all do mistakes. One of thee first steps to take is to have a good plan in place which is focused enough to cover most of the areas pertaining to your prospects, but be wide enough to cast as big a net as possible.
It is best to pick up a mind mapping software and sit down to brain storm about what medium, vehicles or methods you would like to use to get to your prospects. One you have them all listed out, you will see that you now have a plan to follow and an over-arching methodology mapped out in front of you.
Execution now, is just a matter of taking action. It is time to follow the plan and do what it takes for you to get there. Of course, some of the ways you had originally thought of might not work best.
Stick to what works and you will be on your way to profits.
