I posted here earlier about focus.com and the need to join it for networking and small business needs. I joined it recently and I found it very pleasing and enriching. However, I realized that it isn’t just about networking on focus.com. In fact, the priority isn’t even that. On focus.com, it is all about the following:
- Connecting with the experts: You will always do well to connect of course, and there is no second judgment on that. Just as any other networking site, you get to mix and Interact with plenty of people from various backgrounds and countries. You will to connect, share and talk. The best networking you could do online.
- Initiating dialogue that solves problems or for seeking help: Is there a burning question you’d like answered as soon as possible? Do you need solutions for a business problem or a technology related problem? Why not just fire your question away and allow these experts to answer? Why not get the best of everyone’s expertise? Focus.com is full of serious and no-nonsense members willing to help you and answer your questions as long as you behave and not spam the community. And finally, it is about
- Research: Volumes of meaningful talk; shreds of threads brought together to solve problems have all been documented in digital format on focus.com. E-books and Whitepapers are available ready to be downloaded for your research on any business and tech related aspect you might want more information on. I found it to be a treasure trove of business and tech information.
Focus.com isn’t just poking, meeting and smiling. It isn’t just for ” hello’s and thank you”. It is much more than that. Have you checked it out yet?
