Do You Justify and Stick To Systems That Don’t Work?
There are lots of people in this world doing certain things in a certain way and justifying the existence of such systems, even if these policies, frameworks or systems don’t work in the most efficient manner. It is just Inertia — the inability to accept change, be a shark and move with the times.
One of the defining traits of a successful entrepreneur is the fact that they have a very high degree of thirst towards learning and development. They have a scroching need to seek information and apply what they learn for the better of their business, innovate, create products or services or just for the sake of knowing.
But most of the entrepreneurs are way too adamant and refuse to change. They stick to systems that won’t work but force themselves and all those work for these entrepreneurs to get used to such systems.
When it comes to technology, nothing is going to last as long as you want without it being a really good solution for your problems. That said, technology is bound to improve constantly too. An ability to intercept this rapid influx of information and move with the times is a crucial ability an entrepreneur must possess in order to gain competitive advantage and finally profits.
Make those mistakes but move away from them as soon as possible. Implement alternative systems for business if those you already implemented don’t work. Tell me, are you still being adamant and full of inertia?
