Country club india Sucks
Corruption is one thing; having gone through it is something else. It feels like death only wants to tease you, play with you, have its share of fun and saunter away reveling in its perverse, sadistic pleasure. I had this traumatic experience some time ago and while it beats me that such things do happen in this day and age, it makes my heart go weak when I come to think of its sheer impact on my state of being, my integrity, self-respect, my family and everything else I had so dearly valued. I had lost over a hundred thousand freaking rupees and I would damned well throw up, before you lose your dough too. My shirt might not be on, how about yours?
My family depends on me to make decisions regarding our lives. Our livelihood, well-being and prosperity all depend on my actions and thoughts. Sometimes, a human that I am, mistakes are bound to happen. I could have called it a mistake if I were the only one to be blamed. What would you do if an institution or godamned third-rated slimy executive were to do it? What if one such slime ball becomes your only cause of exasperation? What if a group of slimy snakes turn out to be well-dressed, smooth-talking, wet-behind-the-hood loom-ears, sales executives? What if an apparently established institution starts acting like a freaking, ass-busting circus, with a bunch of chicken-shit morons working as its trend-setting, hot-shot clowns and salesmen or sales women?
One fine day, a well-trained female voice speaks up on the phone and tells me about the possibility of being a proud owner of a tract of land (about 2000 sq ft), somewhere on the out-skirts of Bangalore, near Tumkur. The lady-of-the-rotten-lamp sends across Mr. Slime Ball (Name held anonymous, what fucking difference does it make anyway?). So the glib conman comes in, pushes the details of the apparently shady deal and walks out. He keeps following up for his pouch of drugs and I had to relent, at one time or the other.
Then he comes in for the final kill. The second coming. The Cat call. When asked to explain, he labors on the “Amazing”, “Never before offered, Offer”. I asked him to show me the land first, since I was born skeptical. He said that he was not authorized to do so. I suspected a bloody snake dance here already and asked him to procure some previous registration papers (done for others who had already purchased). He danced for a while and gets me his pre-fabricated, lousy registration look-alikes which was certainly earth-worm like. I give in to his snake-language, ease up a little and agree to go ahead with the deal.
I hereby, sound the freaking death knell. I am done. May death befall all pranksters!
Money starts to roll out. I begin to start writing out cheques, having accrued money through my hard-earned, ass-toiled-unto-death labor. Since I paid in bits and pieces, I needed receipts for those cheques and Mr. Slime Ball has got the balls NOT to give them when required and take his and his devil’s sweet time to do so. The receipts come in like a monthly magazine and then our man shows up one day with the bloody allotment papers with land numbers other than the ones that were promised to me ( I had asked for the more craven corner tracts and paid up for it).
I am, needless to say, enraged. I storm into their sleaze building and find the snake-charmer, the guy this Mr. Slime Ball reports to. I pushed him hard enough to come back to his human senses and had him profusely apologize, stating that the slime ball had been wrong and that he needs to own up (What the fuck did he intend to do about it anyway?). Now they hold their balls up and tell me that they are Oh-so-sorry and have to wait till the good ol’ ever-so-fighting government has to allow land registrations and is bound to take time. Time, eh? As long as they needed to suck on my money, they called me mercilessly. Now that they are done with pissing ice water and duped me, they don’t bother picking up calls.
The strip-dance after they stripped ME is not going to serve me any good. Those sleaze balls had earned their moolah, while I lost mine. I can’t look people in the eye, my wife’s wide-eyed, shocked but still trusting face yells out at me everyday. What answer would I give her? How do I make her trust me and my actions in the future? Isn’t my family at a major double jeopardy here?
Just because a few two-bit, third-rated fuck faces, decided to take a flying fucking like in a freaked out Chinese blue film and did not have the balls that real men do, they decided to out-wit simple, tax-paying, responsible men like myself and a lot others. Go do a google check on the world Country-Club and what you would see is a world wide web full of extreme loathing for this con – pany.
If you are in anyway associated with this hell-brick-hell model called Country-Club and if you were naïve enough to think that they are doing a service which satiates your hungry ego, you so rightly deserve, perhaps, you need to wake up. I slog my butts off, doing what I do, relentlessly in an unending battle with life – with all its complicated issues and problems, accruing rupee after rupee, only so that it leads to a better life for my wide, daughters, parents and I. You are of course on the same rocking boat!
I am not about to take a flying fuck like this or lying duck fuck like that, by some unknown porn star out to eat my money away. I will slog for each and every rupee lost; I will unleash a media war or any godamned war, by all means available to me, empowered by all those who are reading this today. If this country is worth its salt, if you are all people who could relate to me in someway, somehow, I am prepared to do whatever I can, walk the damned last mile and beat the shit out of con men and get them down to their knees. It will take time; I might have to face shit. But hell, I will restore my integrity. I will earn my money back.
I am a simple man and all I wanted was a peaceful life. A content life. A happy family and my promises honored and well-kept. If some lousy rascals had to scratch something somewhere, they should have probed their under-garments. They have scratched a freaking volcano and they haven’t tasted lava yet.
It is not just about me, my money and my family. Most other lives are screwed due to a rape, manslaughter, a road accident, hit-and-run cases, dowry harassment and a lot more. Each and every one of us is, in some way or the other, a victim to this unending haranguing. Oh yes, I haven’t spoken about child marriages, child labor, corrupt politicians and procrastinating lawmen. It doesn’t seem to end, does it? Well, a beginning has to be made. Someone hold out the fucking torch! Here we come!
Just what the heck is going on around here? Where on earth have I landed? What would my family and I, having given away all we could for this piece of shit-land in India-town to those shit-collectors who had no one to be responsible to? What do you see on media? Advertisements or connertisements? Give me one fucking reason for me to believe what they say and if they really mean what they say, I will show you a million bull crap reasons to prove them all wrong. It’s not that you cannot do the same. It’s simply that you haven’t got to questioning all the slime in the world yet.
If I ( and you, of course) did believe in what such god-forsaken companies say in their promotions, their campaigns and their advertisements, but nevertheless got screwed or gang-banged by them, try to look into your young daughter’s or son’s eye, wife’s eye, or any other eye, whose look if it ever meant anything to you, and ask yourself this one question, “When in the god’s name will I ever be able to get back what they had just snatched away from you? “ .
You would then realize, like I did, that you are standing on the doorway between the Satan and God. You will simply perish unable to withstand the wrath of both good and bad tearing away at you everyday, practically, as you learn to pick yourself up and live on.
Either you worry yourself sick & tear yourself away, or FIGHT THEIR BALLS OUT.
You Choose.
It could be YOU tomorrow. Get ready to pick the damned call, comrade.

hmmm… thank god i came across this page… i have coughed up 10k for the initial registration with country club… and then started having my doubts.. now that i have seen this, i will not go ahead with the deal… i must sincerely thank the person who wrote this blog.. you have done a great service by taking the trouble to write this out… you will be rewarded somewhere down the line ( i surely pray so) to compensate for all ur troubles

Did any of you guys actually got your moneny back from country club? I also struck this plot deals with conutry club. They offerred me a RCI life membership alongwith a complimentary plot of land in Lonavala (Khandala) for Rs. 3 lacs. I tried to locate the land site in Khandala myself a couple of times and it was hard! Finally after talking to the so-called land owner over phone I found the so-called site. I paid them Rs. 80,000 to get the plot alloted in our name. And slowly started to hear the scary stories about victims of country club. Recently I asked my brother to visit the site again in Khandala. And to my surprise, he could not locate the site as the country club representative gave him route directions which were not pointing to the same site which I assumed to be the site. Now I have decided to fight with them and ask for the refund which I am very sure will not be easy as I understand that the owner of country club, Mr. Rajeev Reddy is brother of current Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, so you understand the implications.
Over the months, I have gone irritated and frustrated by the Country Clubs attitude. The worst. Every month I get a call to pay my membership fees for the year, which they promised to be free. I don’t know how many of you guys have had the same experiences.
If there are any, let’s try to join our voices to get them to do justice…

they were supposed to open a branch at mangalore by december…but its 4 months now,and its not complete by a quarter….guess this is a scam….
i am also a member of country club and i have given money for membership plus money for registration of land recently. but after reading this i am worried, wil i get what i have been promised or not ?

Country Club is a fraud of the worst kind. I have been cheated by them to the tune of 25K. They lie on your face. They have poor affiliations and 0 customer redressal. My complaints and mails were never even acknowledged. They are a scam. They just take advantage of the poor legal and consumer rights in India. In my case, I was moving to Pune and was approached by them. They indicated that they had a tie up with Pancard club in my residential vicinity and that I could use pancard services at very nominal rates of 10Rs per game and 20Rs per swim & many other fictitious stories. I unfortunately succcumbed to their fairy tales and found later that Pancard pune has no such tie up with them.

I got a call from country club guys yesterday and though I knew I would not be taking up their membership ’cause the club size they are coming up is just good for an oversized grocery shop plus I think they would never get the right kind of crowd in their club if calling up unknown people is their way of creating members, but still looking at their membership rates I could have given a second thought had I not read your review

I just came across this posting. Now it is 2008 and dont know what happened to your money. I am also a victim of theirs. I was in Bangalore in 2006 and took their super cool membership with a peice of land in thier club at Tumkur. The response was same as you described. I filed a case in Consumer Forum, Bangalore and won it. I got my hard earned money. If you want more detail contact me.
No actually I am not agree with this… Because Country Club people promissed me tow sites with membership and holiday packages and they alredy registered my one site and one more they told this month it will be done….Only thing they delayed one month for registration but its ok by paying 1.45 L……..

I am country club member from last 4 years, that time i paid 25K and then when they come up with their plot offer then I upgraded my membership to that. They alloted my plot in Tumkur project. Their registration was not going on then I personally went to their office and they told me that some government problem is going on and government only stopped the registration for Tumkur taluk.Then they only suggested me to shift my plot and to their new Penugunda project and they promissed to make registration immediately. Then I shifted my plot to their new project and as they promissed they did my plot registration with in 20 days.
So i am sending this comment just because that if there is a problem then obviously solution will be there.When I took first membership that time they were having one or two clubs but now how they are growing obviously there is something good…

I found your writing style quite strong and may be reflective of the trauma that the CCIL guys put your through.
Many thanks for leveraging the web and preventing entrapment of many people by CCIL. There are tons of bad reviews on CCIL floating around the web which people should get to easily through a simple google search before they make an investment decision with CCIL.
I have refused CCIL on 3 occations that they approached me for a similar proposition in Mumbai. I even saw a blog where there is a step by step guide to recovering your money through ICRPC and the use of the right legal channels against CCIL.
I even see that CCIL is not doing so well on stocks and may be are begining to feel the impact and power of the internet. Thanks to you and a lot of other bloggers who have written on this and other blogs and inturn have prevented many more entrapments by CCIL.

They are just taking advantage of our Innocence I would like everybody to take some action on this , Please Make a Mail Ready and send it to all your Friends , Lets start awarness of this type of companies, Abdul thanks for this site, can you also make a blog where can enter such companies so that many young citizens dont fall into this trap. if we are united we can make anything happen. Legal means is not the route to handle this situations. think of a better idea, I know we are all literates and good Technological guys, I recommend to hack the country club website in whatever ways it is, and There is one more thing we can also make Paper copies of the Country club as cheating company and circulate in all the localities. I was planning to apply for the country club membership which is based out of Hyderabad , they have plan of 1.5 lacs etc in which they provide a plot of 1000s q feet area in Koidakanal and afflications to multiple clubs, is this the same country club we are refereing here, pls do provide more inputs on their schemes , so that I can take a Judicious call on the same.
