worry 4 Reasons Why Entrepreneurs WorryThe human tendency to worry really gets on the nerves of anyone practical enough to understand that worrying wouldn’t solve any problems, whatsoever. But still, most small business owners worry every single day. Here are the reasons why worry seems to supersede every other feeling an entrepreneur is likely to have:

  • Entrepreneurs work for profit: Each month is a challenge for an average entrepreneur. While an employee wakes up each working day of the month knowing that his/her salary due at the end of the month will be made available, an entrepreneur does not have the luxury of thinking the same.
  • Others still need to get paid: Entrepreneurs always knows that there are employees they hired who have to get paid before these entrepreneurs do. Others always have to get paid first and that isn’t a comforting feeling when the business seems to be low or when there is a cash-crunch.
  • Accountability: Entrepreneurs are accountable and a half. vendors have to be paid, creditors have to be satisfied, customers must be delighted and employees must be paid — that isn’t an easy task given the number of external factors that small business owners have to battle with, each day.
  • Uncertainty: Entrepreneurs never know where they would get their next sale from and they have no way to know where their paycheck would come from. Uncertainty, risk and everyday struggle is a given in every business owners’ life.

Do you know any other reasons why entrepreneurs tend to worry so much? Could you throw light on any of the aspects? Do let me know.
