Screen Capture 300x224 3 Screen Capture Tools You Could Use CollaborateOften times, you will find the need to pick up an image that is resident on your desktop or somewhere else on the Internet for sharing with others, embedding it in your website or blog and much more. I know, because plenty of times, I would want the logo of a particular web application or website and it wouldn’t even be available on a simple Google Image Search. Here are 3 Screen Capture Tools you could use easily:

Clip2Net: If you are looking for a free screen capture tool that is also incredibly easy to use, Clip2Net is your answer. Point at any area on your computer and you can save that area as an image, much like your “print screen” function, except that you have the flexibility to choose the required area only and not the entire screen. What’s more, you also receive a URL if you wish to use and allows you edit the image if need be. The best application for screen capture so far, in my opinion.

eSnips: I honestly did not like the website: too flashy and lot of graphic movement. However,  esnips provides a whopping lot of features, not to mention huge space of 5GB of space to upload anything you want – be it snaps, your own research, images, data files, etc. A free tour of your service tells you everything you need to know. I haven’t used personally, but it does look promising. Check it out.

Zoho Notebook Firefox Plugin: Well, Zoho seems to be growing on me lately. There is one other nifty Zoho application that you could use for screen capture. Zoho provides you with a  firefox plugin, that you could install and capture anything off any website or your desktop and store it all in one convenient location. Since this is a plugin, it would reside on your browser and you could pick up your images, content or anything that you would like to store and use the plug-in to aggregate your data.

Screen capture, depending on the kind of business you are in, could save you plenty of time and help you to aggregate your online content, store images and do all that you wanted to do.

Did you use any screen capture tools that worked well for you? Would you like to share your inputs here?
