You would want to, wouldn’t you? It isn’t as difficult it is made out to be.It isn’t a ridiculous proposition. It is simply a matter of diligent thought process and effective implementation.
OK, now, what would be one thing that could make you richer by at least 10% overnight?

Customer Service.
Just this facet of your business alone can generate more revenue for you. Cliche it might be, but it is effective and worth repeating.
So, how can you bring about better customer service?
1. Do things before they ask for it : That’s right.Be a spy mode and be able to discern what your customers want even before they would want to ask for it. Can you imagine their delight? That should be essence of your business. Delighting them.
2. Appreciate and thank them : It is noticed time and again that a simple act of saying thank you is often lacking in business transactions everyday. All you had to do was to appreciate them on days important to them, or even saying thank you once they finished their purchase. If no one else is doing it, you have a great chance to score a mark on customer service. However, if every one is doing it, you ought to think of something else.
3. Treat them well : They are all you have. The only thing your entire business banks on. The only place where cash comes from. Without them you are nothing. So, now you know why you should treat them well, eh?
4. Understand the power of saying yes : They ask you something and you should say Yes first. Go figure how you can do whatever you had promised later, but don’t let go of the opportunity to do something for them.
5. Take Feed back : No matter what product or service you market, you must not forget to take feedback. Oh yes, it might hurt. But this kind of hurt can be good for business. Your customers are the most authentic, unbiased and straight-forward people when it comes to doing a little bit of research as to how your product/service performs.
Well you are right here, its very important to take care of our customers by taking feedback from them and agreeing to whatever they request.
